Here it goes..

Welcome to my blog! I'm glad that you're here! Let me start my introducing myself. My name is Ashleigh, but you can call me Leigh (hence the name loveleighwrites). I'm writing this blog in an attempt to share with you who I am and what I'm about. I'm a PR major at Georgia Southern University. Right now I'm working harder than ever to graduate early in December 2010 instead of 2011 like I had originally planned. I'm taking more hours than most, working two jobs, and overly involved. But I'm more excited to tell you that despite all that I'm planning a wedding to my handsome man in combat boots. He's currently deployed and I'm counting down the days until our reunion :) Happily ever after is within reach! ♥

I have never really been much of a blogger even though it has been required for alot of my classes. It's not that I don't like to write.. but maybe because I've always had trouble deciding what to write about. I'm hoping by starting up a personal blog, I'll find it more fun! I plan on using this site as a diary for my life.. the deployment I'm taking day-by-day, the beautiful wedding I'm working on, and even a little about things I'm learning as I make my way into the world of Public Relations! I am blessed way beyond measure and I can't wait to blog about all the happenings in my life. And.. I can't wait to get to know more about you! Expect more from me soon!
